SCARED OF HEIGHTS? Don’t be!
Many people have overcome their fear of heights flying in a hot air balloon. The majority of the time passengers that are scared of heights say how “different” the sensation of being in a hot air balloon is to any other activity they have done. They feel safe and secure and can enjoy their balloon ride without fear.
A hot air balloon ride is a very different experience to anything you have done before. When you are floating across the sky you truly become "one with the wind". This means you can feel no movement as your balloon travels through changing wind currents as you ascend to your optimum flying altitude.
One minute you will be brushing the treetops; here you will see the gardens, and wildlife so close below, the next minute, with one seamless puff of the burners you fly to 1000 metres above the ground, giving you a true birds eye view of the earth.
